Rise & Thrive is the public-facing name of Rise and Thrive Enterprises LLC. These terms describe use of joinriseandthrive.com and our optional SMS program. Our website provides information about coaching, community, events, AI, systems, and training. Specific purchases, subscriptions, or events are governed by the terms disclosed with the applicable offer or checkout. These website terms do not create a refund policy or replace those offer terms.
Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information in requests, and respect the rights of other people. Do not interfere with site security or misuse our content, forms, or services. Training and educational material does not guarantee a business, income, or other result. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Rise and Thrive Enterprises LLC offers two independent text-message choices: informational messages about enrolled live sessions and related service updates, and promotional messages about coaching, workshops, events, and special offers. You may choose either category or both through the separate, initially unchecked consent choices in our SMS widget. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. A contact request or membership alone does not enroll you in promotional texts. Our SMS program is for adults aged 18 and older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to use the mobile number provided. For subscribers who choose live-session reminders, regular sessions are Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. Central Time. Reminder frequency depends on your enrollment and session schedule; up to five regular session reminders may be sent per week, with additional requested service notices or changes. Promotional message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Check with your wireless provider about your plan. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable, and wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to a message from our SMS program to unsubscribe. A confirmation of the opt-out may be sent. To subscribe again, complete the opt-in process again.
